Studio Information

We are located downtown in beautiful Tiburon, California providing a relaxing environment of the cool sea breeze and faint calls of seagulls.

We welcome people of all ages and fitness levels who want to have fun experiencing a new way of moving, breathing, and being in their body.

The Pilates Studio specializes in individualized programs to help you meet your health and fitness goals. Supervised programs are tailored to continually match your changing needs and skills.

We offer a Private Studio area for private and semi-private sessions guided by a certified instructor. There is also an Open Studio available for self-guided sessions. There is a certified instructor on site at all times to support the self-guided sessions. Both studios have the full-line of Pilates equipment, including reformers, tower chairs, trapeze/cadillacs and the ladder barrel. There are also mat work areas in each studio.

The studio provides a self-directed Kid Zone for children available at no charge with Pilates sessions. Please schedule use of Kid Zone in advance.

We offer a full line of Pilates exercise apparel and casual wear.
