Our state-of-the-art studio offers the full-line of Pilates equipment, including reformers, tower chairs, trapeze/cadillacs and the ladder barrel. We offer Private and Semi-Private sessions by appointment, as well as, an array of equipment and mat classes. Our massage services, also available by appointment, are designed to increase the effectiveness of your Pilates program. Our team will work with you to create a package of services that will provide a complete fitness program and stay within your budget.
